We have a 30 day return policy. We want you to love your new jewelry but if something is not right or up to your standards, please reach out to us to chat.

To return your items, please email info@mandedesign.ca.

All goods must be in original condition, any items shipped back to our studio without emailing to confirm a return will not be refunded and will be sent back at the senders expense.

Standard shipping within Canada
Shipping usually takes 3 -5 business days (exceptions may apply to rural addresses or addresses with a P.O. box). How ever shipping times may vary and may take longer due to high volume of packages moving through the postal system during peak season. M & E Design Studio is not able to guarantee arrival times, regardless of shipping method (express, expedited, tracked or standard).

How to Care for your Porcelain and Gold Plated Jewelry
1. It is best to avoid contact with perfumes, body oils and lotions, and other chemicals, including household cleaners while wearing your jewelry.
2. Keep plated jewelry dry. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners on plated jewelry.
3. To clean your porcelain charms you can use mild dish soap but we recommend removing any gold elements before doing so. 
4. Store jewelry in a cool dry place.
5. It is recommended that you do not wear your jewelry while showering or swimming.

How long does it take to prepare your order?
If your items are in stock it will generally take 1-3 business days to assemble and shipped your order. If you are in a rush, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you have place a custom order it may take up to three weeks to make, fire, assemble, and ship your items. 

Packaging
All jewelry comes packaged in beautiful box, ready for gifting. If this is a gift being sent directly to the recipient you can request gift wrapping at checkout.
